The room was good, the beds comfortable. The hotel was in the downtown area. Across the road, there were shops and food stalls that stay open until very late. The hotel is connected to a mall called Paragon, and it is walking distance to the subway station. The staff were very helpful but didn't speak English. The gym was huge and had a nice view. Overall, we still had a great experience.

- Staff was super compassionate and understanding - We had an issue with our room smelling like smoke upon arrival and they assisted us in getting a new room - staff were able to assist us with a late check out - buffet breakfast was good and had a large range of options

The reception was warm and welcoming. The room layout is well planned and spacious with rather new furniture and beds. The room is also very clean and it gives you a pleasant feeling. I would want to stay longer but was leaving home on the following day. It’s just 15 minutes to Xiamen Airport, very convenient.
